Hybridisation Incubator

The Hybridisation Incubator 7601 is considered as the ideal unit for exact hybridisations of DNA and RNA probes with nucleic acid on filter paper and for incubations of protein blots with antibodies.

MODEL 3000MP ULTRASONIC HOMOGENIZER

The Model 3000MP Ultrasonic Homogenizer delivers up to 300 watts of ultrasonic disruption with precision control from a microprocessor and a graphical user interface displayed on a large LCD display.

The integrated Sound Abating Chamber reduces cavitational sound emitted during sample processing. The clear door permits viewing of the sample while processing. An access port for cables and tubing is also provided for use with Cup Tips and the Continuous Flow Chamber.

The microprocessor driven graphical user interface with large LCD display provides intuitive controls and a user friendly experience. This model utilizes an auto tuning feature with proprietary feedback circuitry insuring that the titanium tip intensity is always working at maximum efficiency regardless of the application.

The Model 3000MP offers all the advanced engineering features necessary to create a total system for ultrasonic disruption. The compact vertical footprint is ideal for processing samples with volumes less than 250 μl with the Cup Tip and volumes ranging from 250 μl to 2000 ml with a wide selection of titanium tips.

MINIFOR laboratory fermentor and bioreactor

The fermentor had to take up minimum space on the bench, but with good access to all parts. Several fermentors should, when placed side by side, be suitable for the optimization of growth parameters of the culture or optimization of bio-transformations, etc.

Low Temperature Coolers

Two simple ways to chill.

Enhance and simplify your low-temperature laboratory work with a PolyScience Low Temperature Cooler. Available in both immersion probe and flow-through styles, they provide rapid, low-cost cooling of liquids to temperatures as low as -100°C. Typical applications include the cooling of exothermic reactions, freeze point determinations, freeze drying, impact testing, lyphilization, and vapor and solvent trapping.

Immersion Probe Style Coolers – Excellent for trapping and Dewar-type applications, these coolers reduce the expense of using dry ice or liquid nitrogen. A flexible hose allows convenient placement of the cooling probe.

Flow-Through Style Coolers – Extend the temperature range of non-refrigerated circulators to below ambient and boost the cooling capacity of refrigerated circulators. These coolers also offer an extremely economic alternative to tap water cooling of heated circulating baths when rapid cool-downs or operation at or near ambient is needed.
